Training - Internship - Study support
In addition to the classic dual training program, we have other offers for you. If you are in the final stages of your studies, you can write your thesis with us (Bachelor's or Master's) and gain practical experience at the same time. We also offer interesting internships. Many interns have subsequently found their way with us. The internship led to an apprenticeship, student job or study support. And, of course, we want to keep those who have been with us for so long.
With us, you are not a letter carrier, photocopier or coffee maker (once a week kitchen duty is the highest of feelings), but are firmly integrated into a project team from day one. Your trainer and the other colleagues are always on hand to help and advise you. It won't be long before you are working on projects on your own responsibility. Of course, this depends a little on your individual prior knowledge, learning speed and commitment. However, we have found that trainees who are able to get involved have fun and are passionate about their work.

All of our trainers have passed the HK Hamburg trainer aptitude test, guaranteeing you a high level of dual vocational training. You can learn the following professions with us:

- Media designer (m/f/d) for digital and print media (focus on digital)
- Businessman (m/f/d) for office management
- IT specialist (m/f/d) for application development with integrated degree in computer science (BA)

Internships for trainees and students (m/f/d)
If you apply for one of our apprenticeships, you can do an internship with us beforehand. In this way, you can find out whether the "dream job" you are aiming for actually delivers what it promises and whether you have the right ideas about your tasks with us. We will discuss which areas you are particularly interested in, you will immediately work on projects as part of the team and you will be able to gain a good insight into our range of topics, our customers and our working methods.
As part of a specialist internship, students of computer science (including business or media informatics, e-commerce) can also gain a wide range of experience with us. You work independently on projects, contribute your thoughts and ideas and can finally put your theoretical knowledge into practice. We often see our interns again when we supervise their final thesis.
Study-integrated training
We are a founding partner of the Hamburg University of Cooperative Education (BHH) and offer the unique opportunity to combine a degree course with vocational training.
IT specialist and computer science bachelor's degree course:
The course combines training as an IT specialist with a degree in computer science (Bachelor of Science, B.Sc.). Students qualify for a wide range of tasks in application development and system integration. The content includes introductory and basic modules (e.g. mathematics), but also aspects such as programming languages, IT security and software engineering.
Study support
If you write your thesis with us, you can watch your own project grow from start to finish. We work with you to develop tasks and goals or simply support you with technology and know-how. Just as you imagine it. You also benefit from the fact that we are a member of the Wedel University Association.
We have been cooperating closely with Wedel University of Applied Sciences for many years and also support its students and graduates. This enables us to align your work with us in an accompanying and enriching way to current study content.

The regular further training of our employees in the core technologies is essential for us. Certificates from TYPO3, Magento and SugarCRM hang on our "trophy wall" - just a few proofs of our regular participation in standard certifications. Within our partner network digital.hamburg, an association of service providers with similar fields of activity, we regularly exchange cross-company knowledge in groups.
External further training
We are also happy to enable you to take part in external further training measures such as part-time studies, individual seminars or attending training events, trade fairs and congresses. A lot depends on your personal initiative and suggestions. We are happy to support you in terms of time and funding.
