The healthcare company focuses on consulting and the distribution of pharmaceuticals, medical products and medical technology to clinics, hospitals and general practitioners.

atlantis dx implemented Sugar and has since provided Plasmaconcept with all Sugar services - including ongoing support and staff training.

Integration of Sugar into the existing IT environment

CCS is a German software company specializing in digital libraries and archives, digital press reviews and media monitoring. Its customers include the world's most renowned and advanced libraries, publishers, companies, content providers, ministries and media observers.

atlantis dx took over the update, customizing and process modernization of an old Sugar system. We not only integrated Sugar into an IT environment with multiple operating systems and developed a customized offer module, but also continue to provide consulting and support. We also provide training.

The Inceptua Group is an international service provider for the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. With its extensive global connections, the Inceptua Group ensures stable product availability, seamless distribution and, above all, product safety.

atlantis dx implemented the CRM system Sugar and integrated it into the global company network via specially programmed interfaces. We also implemented individual customizing in the area of reporting and the integration of a CTI solution in Sugar. We also provide consulting and support and conduct training courses.

Introduction of data warehouse and CRM solution

antares-apotheke Pharma Service has set itself the task of providing its customers with the highest level of quality care, support and advice.

atlantis dx introduced a CRM solution based on Sugar. The aim was to provide antares apotheke's sales staff with all the information relevant to their work at a glance. In addition to Sugar, we also introduced Talend as a data warehouse and Tableau as an analytics solution. Traditional Excel reporting was replaced and the mobile availability of analyses was made possible.

Consist Software Solution GmbH is an IT service provider from Kiel with a broad range of services. Its customers include well-known automobile manufacturers, public institutions and service providers in the shipping sector. Our task was to support this down-to-earth company in replacing its old CRM system with Sugar.

We are particularly proud to have supported such a large company from the first workshop to the rollout, including training, in just six weeks.
